Cookie Information for Balanced Years
How this website uses limited browser storage and how you can control it.

1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies and similar browser-storage technologies (such as localStorage) allow a website to remember small pieces of information between page loads or visits. They can be used for essential functions, interface preferences, analytics, security or advertising depending on how a website is configured.
2. What Balanced Years currently uses
The current build stores a small preference in local storage after you dismiss the cookie notice so that the notice does not need to appear on every page. This preference does not contain health information, messages you send us or a detailed profile of your browsing behavior.
3. Essential and preference storage
Storage used to remember an interface choice is strictly limited to making the site behave as expected for returning visitors. Removing it may reset that choice and cause the notice to appear again.
4. Analytics and advertising
This build does not intentionally include third-party advertising pixels or invasive behavioural-marketing scripts. If optional analytics or tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them and any consent choices that apply.
5. Third-party websites
Links in articles can take you to external websites. Those sites may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their use of storage is governed by their own policies rather than this Cookie Policy.
6. How to manage browser storage
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data through browser settings. Controls vary by browser and device.
